Saala Bullish is operated by Vaibhav Dolas, an individual based in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Saala Bullish (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — free and paid.
Saala Bullish is a personal trading journal web application. It helps you log, track, and analyse your own trades. It is a productivity and self-reflection tool — not a trading platform, brokerage, investment advisor, or financial service.
Nothing in the app, on our website, or in any communication from us constitutes financial advice. All trading decisions are entirely your own.
AI Coach specifically: AI Coach generates automated commentary based on patterns in the trade data you enter. It is not financial advice, not a recommendation to take any trading action, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or miss context that only you have. Treat it as a starting point for your own reflection, not a conclusion to act on. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, analytics, or AI-generated content on the Service, and you should independently verify anything material to your decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@saalabullish.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for fraudulent purposes, or are abandoned for extended periods.
Pro (Quarterly and Yearly), Founder Lifetime, additional trader accounts, and AI top-ups are available for purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours.
Plan features are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. We may add features to plans over time. We will not remove core features from a plan you have already purchased.
Only the Founder Lifetime plan is eligible for a refund. Pro Quarterly, Pro Yearly, additional trader accounts, and AI top-ups are non-refundable once purchased.
You may request a refund on Founder Lifetime within 7 days of purchase. The refund amount is reduced by the value of any AI Coach credits you have used from your included 1,200-credit allowance, calculated at our then-current AI top-up rate. This deduction is based solely on credits consumed — how many of the 7 days have elapsed has no effect on the refund amount.
Example: if you've used credits worth ₹500 (at the top-up rate) out of your 1,200 included credits, and request a refund on day 6, you'll be refunded ₹3,999 minus ₹500 — the day of the request within the window doesn't change this.
Service not delivered: Separately from the above, if you make a payment for any plan (Pro Quarterly, Pro Yearly, Founder Lifetime, additional trader accounts, or AI top-ups) and the corresponding service is not activated on your account due to a fault on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment. Refund requests of this kind must be raised within 30 days of the payment; requests raised after this period may not be eligible.

You own your trade data. We do not claim ownership of any content you enter into Saala Bullish. You can export your data as a CSV at any time. If you delete your account, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Saala Bullish name, logo, design, code, and all content created by us are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission. Your trade data and journal entries remain yours.
Saala Bullish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service uses or links to third-party tools, including Razorpay for payment processing, embedded YouTube videos, and Google Apps Script for routing support and feature-request form submissions. Your use of these third-party tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of any third-party service.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or server infrastructure failures, outages at third-party service providers (such as Supabase, Razorpay, or Anthropic), natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. These terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian consumer protection regulations.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with material changes and hold a Founder Lifetime plan still within its 7-day window, you may request a refund under our Refund Policy above and close your account. This does not apply to Pro Quarterly, Pro Yearly, additional trader accounts, or AI top-ups, which remain non-refundable.
