Refund Policy

7-day refund on Founder Lifetime. If you purchase Founder Lifetime and are not satisfied within 7 days, email us and we will refund you — minus the value of any AI Coach credits you've already used.

Our Commitment

We stand behind Saala Bullish. If you buy Founder Lifetime and decide it's not right for you within the first 7 days, we will refund you. We believe if you try it honestly and it doesn't deliver value, you shouldn't pay for it.

This refund window applies only to the Founder Lifetime plan. Pro Quarterly, Pro Yearly, additional trader accounts, and AI top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, except in the "Service Not Delivered" case described below.

How the Refund Amount Is Calculated

Founder Lifetime includes 1,200 AI Coach credits. If you request a refund within the 7-day window, the amount is reduced by the value of any AI Coach credits you've already used, calculated at our then-current AI top-up rate.

This deduction is based only on credits consumed — not on how many of the 7 days have elapsed. Whether you request a refund on day 1 or day 7, the deduction is identical as long as your credit usage hasn't changed.

Example: if you've used credits worth ₹500 (at the top-up rate) out of your 1,200 included credits, you'll be refunded ₹3,999 minus ₹500 — regardless of which day within the window you request it.

How to Request a Refund

After a Refund

After a refund is processed, your account will revert to the free tier. Your trade data and journal entries will remain accessible on the free tier. You may re-purchase a plan at any time.

Service Not Delivered

Separately from the Founder Lifetime refund window above, if you make a payment for any plan — Pro Quarterly, Pro Yearly, Founder Lifetime, additional trader accounts, or AI top-ups — and the corresponding service is not activated on your account due to a fault on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment. This applies regardless of the 7-day window. Requests of this kind must be raised within 30 days of the payment; requests raised after this period may not be eligible.

Outside the 7-Day Window

Once 7 days have passed since your Founder Lifetime purchase, we are unable to offer a refund except under the "Service Not Delivered" case above.
